NDC International Services
was established by 2 shipping professionals to try their luck in chassis repair and fabrication business.
1995
NDC Terminal Inc.
providing container depot services with a startup 1,667 square meter lot in C-4 Road, Malabon City.
1996
Oddcubes, Inc.
was created to offer complete container solutions. Headquartered in Singapore and maintains an office in Manila, Philippines.
1999
NDC Terminal Inc.
diversified its operations and services into specializing in container technical services.
2000
CBPI - Philippines
Container Bridge Philippines, Inc. was founded as it signaled the company's stronger base in the field of logistics consulting and freight management for land, air, and sea cargo in the Philippines.
IRS - Philippines
NDC name was changed to International Reefer Services (IRS - Philippines) to provide a professional container refrigeration service.
2001
NDC Terminal Inc.
engaged in the port terminal checkering services. It specializes the different aspects and details of port operations.
2006
IRS - Philippines
International Reefer Services forged a landmark joint venture with the Singaporean firm Eastern 1961PTE. Founded in 1961, Eastern is now one of the largest companies in Asia specializing in container technical services.

Mstar Ship Agencies, Inc.
was formed to complement and fill the gap of a need for a shipping service to provide the technical requirements of the group in terms of ship chartering and liner services.

Avevia Consolidation Philippines Inc.
was created to cater the logistics for the growing ecommerce market with its brand name MyEcasa.
2015
Boxtrans, Inc.
Boxtrans, Inc. was established to provide trucking services.

Z Philippines
Z International Parcels Inc. began to meet the ecommerce demand for last mile and line haul delivery.

EasyBox
MyEcasa was rebranded to Easybox.
