CBPi Celebrates Opening of The Hub

CBPi Group Chairman Norman Fulgencio joins the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Mega Manila Hub alongside leaders from Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc., Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso, and Vice Mayor Honey Lacuña.

Container Bridge Philippines, Inc. (CBPi) marks a new chapter in Philippine logistics with the opening of The Hub, a 13,000-square-meter logistics facility strategically situated near the Manila International Container Port (MICP) at North Port.

Designed as a strategic convergence point for goods moving between MICP, domestic distribution centers, and inter-island destinations, The Hub enhances freight efficiency, supports container handling, and accelerates turnaround times for cargo moving through the nation’s busiest gateway.

At the facility’s inauguration, CBPi leadership highlighted the role of The Hub in creating stronger logistics linkages across the Philippines, most notably for The Hub’s foremost client: Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI). The facility streamlines product movement from sea to inland transport for CCBPI, allowing both raw materials and full goods to be transported to plants and markets, respectively. The Hub bolsters inventory management and supports coordinated operations among trucking, shipping, and warehousing partners.

CBPi President & CEO Patrick G. Ronas remarked that The Hub exemplifies the company’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence, reinforcing CBPi’s mission as a bridge in creating logistics opportunities for clients of all sizes.

“This is the beginning of the evolution of efficient logistics,” said Ronas. He highlighted how The Hub supports CBPi’s partners, reduces costs, and brings goods to market faster. This facility builds on CBPi’s long-standing partnerships with major industry players like CCBPI.

The Hub is now fully operational and ready to support integrated logistics solutions from inter-terminal transfers to freight forwarding and warehousing, empowering businesses to move goods with speed and reliability across the archipelago.
